Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time directly in the app: Settings › Delete Account. That removes your profile and your data. Alternatively write to us and we will delete it for you.
Unsubscribe from notifications
Email and push notifications can be turned off independently in the app settings. Every email also carries an unsubscribe link.
Report a problem
Report inappropriate content or messages directly in the chat using the report function. You can also block a contact, which stops any further contact in both directions. For urgent matters, email us.
I am not receiving requests
As a teacher you only appear in search results when three things are complete: subjects for the relevant cycle, at least one preferred municipality, and availability entered for the date being searched. If one is missing, the app flags it on your profile.
