What Springerli is not
Springerli is an introduction channel, not a staffing agency and not an employer. The engagement and the fee are agreed directly between the school and the teacher, at the usual cantonal rates. Springerli neither sets those terms nor takes a share of them.

How quickly can I find a teacher?
It depends how many teachers are available in your municipality on that date. Springerli shows availability before you contact anyone, so you are not asking into the void. For last-minute absences you can ask several teachers at once — the first acceptance counts.
What does Springerli cost?
Springerli is free for teachers, interns and civilian-service workers. Schools pay a subscription — but only after Springerli has actually filled their first assignments. So the entry period is not a countdown; it is tied to demonstrated value. Billing runs outside the app.
Who employs the teacher?
The school. Springerli makes the introduction and records the acceptance; employment, pay and insurance stay between the school and the teacher.
Which cycles and subjects are covered?
Cycles 1 to 3 under Lehrplan 21, with the official subject areas. Teachers can also add their own subjects when they teach something the curriculum does not list separately.
Which region does Springerli serve?
The focus is the Zurich region. Teachers record their preferred municipalities, so schools mainly see people for whom the commute is realistic.
Do I need an app?
No. Springerli runs entirely in the browser. The iOS and Android apps are coming.
